Thank you for the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. It was breathtaking. I am amazed by your skill and attention to detail in the flowers which you so skilfully created. The delicacy is wonderful. The tones of colour so varied through the roses and the sweet pea is super. It also tasted wonderful … I made sure that I tasted a little of each layer!

Thank you so so much for our cake – not just the final cake but your hard work and incredible skills in designing it and communicating with us throughout. It is one of the most special features of our wedding, without a doubt.

We have frozen the top tier to enjoy alone one day. The remaining 3 tiers were demolished by family who thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the cake and the wonderful flavours. It was a joy to watch – especially as we LOVE cake ourselves and all the relatives from abroad got to see what England has to offer!
